Your mission

We are looking for an Account Executive to join our team at the beginning of next year. I’m Bowen, Founder and head of the sales team at Wonderwerk. As we will soon be working together (hopefully!), I wanted to share a few reasons why I think you will love working here:

What we do

  • Wonderwerk builds world-class sales training software for fast-growing tech companies. 
  • We’re a well-funded early-stage startup (~15 person). Our head office is in Berlin but we are working fully-remote.
  • We have shown that there is a market for our product and we are now executing to turn our vision into reality.

What you will do

  • Manage prospects from lead to close.
  • Clearly articulate and demonstrate our value proposition, creating excitement and enthusiasm among prospects.
  • Become an expert in training so that you can interact with senior executives in our customer's organisations.
  • Cultivate long-term relationships with customers.
  • Maintain weekly sales forecast and hit monthly/quarterly targets.

Your profile

Requirements

  • Fluent English required.
  • German or French is a plus.
  • Experience selling to sales leaders is preferred, but the energy and killer attitude is more important.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and you’re not afraid to engage with new prospects.
  • Excellent communication skills. You're able to get a message across in just a few sentences.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced dynamic environment with startup experience.
  • Comfortable selling to VP, C-Suite executives, and sales leaders navigating through multiple decision-makers in an organization.
  • Located in Europe and comfortable working from home (fully remote position).
  • Available to work from January 2022.
